1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Alter AI Studios ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Services

Alter AI Studios provides AI-generated content production services, including but not limited to:

• AI-generated UGC (user-generated content) video ads
• AI viral content recreation
• AI character and likeness generation for authorized talent

3. Client Obligations

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your brand, products, and requirements
• Obtain all necessary rights and permissions for any materials you provide
• Use generated content only for lawful purposes
• Not misrepresent AI-generated content as human-created where disclosure is legally required
• Pay all fees according to your service agreement

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive a perpetual, worldwide license to use content created for them. We retain the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclosure

All content produced by Alter AI Studios is generated using artificial intelligence. Clients are responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding AI content disclosure in their jurisdiction and advertising channels.

6. Likeness Rights

For talent/influencer services, the individual must provide explicit written consent for AI likeness generation. We do not generate content using any person's likeness without proper authorization.

7. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Recurring subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Refunds are provided only as specified in your service agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alter AI Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to terminate immediately for violation of these terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
